All domain transfers are different according to the different top level domains. Please choose the top level domain you wish to be informed about:

As soon as your transfer order was paid, you can begin immediately with the transfer. In order to accomplish the transfer without interruption, it is necessary to configure your chillydomains product right after the transfer-request and to transfer your data from the old web space to the new web space.

After you have paid your order you directly get access to the chillydomains configuration tool.

There you can setup your email addresses, which will be activated, as soon as the domain is transferred. Do not forget to secure all your server-side stored emails from the old account on your PC so that these are not lost.

In order to upload the data of your homepage on the new web space during the transfer procedure we provide a ftp-host for you. After you have paid your order you directly get access to this ftp-host.
